Mediterranean | keto | Paleo| Whole 30 | Raw+Vegan | Anti INFLAMMATORY or just fabulous awesome eats with no diet title.

NOTE:
A Meal is a full dish, Entree w/ side dish, salad, or veggies, with our awesome dressings made in the house with 100% Nutritional value, or our Cozy Soups w/ bread or crackers.

*Meals are perfectly portioned, yet some of our clients do have left over and this means they can get a few extra meals from their specific package.
HOW IT WORKS
I. In-Depth Assessment of dietary needs and health goals. Sometimes all you want is convenience and great healthy-ish food. Balance is key and a personal chef with a nutritional background like me is a great investment for your body and mind's health.
II. Professional personalized service, menu development, and planning.
No matter what, your menus are customized to your taste buds, your family’s preferences, and or foods that you want to begin integrating into your life.
I keep a record of your meals to provide the most functional nutrition and make sure you are getting a good variety of vitamins, mineral micros, and macros to balance your week.
We connect each week via email to agree on your menu. You can always schedule a phone meeting if that is what you prefer. I want to keep our communication easy and flowing so you feel supported and excited about this service. Each client is a VIP for me I want to serve you and your family by providing wonderful healthy food and consultation service.
III. Shopping | Cooking & Delivery.
I shop fresh, that’s for sure. I source all foods to bring the best quality to your table. here in South Tampa, I shop at Trader Joe’s, Sprouts & Whole Foods mostly.

KIDS MEALS * I will love to help you with your kid’s meals, of cause you can always just pick one of the regular packages and share that with kids, yet if you want to have some extra meals now that many kids are home-schooling, then this is a fabulous option.
